A new best practice guide on power consumption measurements in EuroHPC Systems is now available on the European HPC application support portal. The guide offers practical guidance for users seeking to access and interpret power and energy consumption data across all currently active EuroHPC supercomputers.

It explains how different systems collect and expose energy and power measurements, presents concrete examples and job script templates to help users monitor and analyse the energy footprint of their applications. Benchmark outputs and supporting materials are also shared via EPICURE’s shortbench GitLab repository, enabling users to integrate power monitoring more effectively into their workflows.
